editI'm not familiar with this area/topic, but the title of the article seems like it could more appropriately be "Radio Frequency antenna ion source" or ""Radio Frequency ion source antenna." Again, I don't know the topic well, so I may be off here. The description in the intro paragraph is vague in explaining what this is and what its specific function is.Barkeep Chat | $ 18:46, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
