Updating article

edit

I redid a lot of the article, but I think it needs some prose work. I can't seem to add information AND work on readibility in the same sitting. Anyway, maybe some fact checking is needed as well.

I think the information about the deep and superficial branches, as well as the posterior io nerve, should be contained in this article, as opposed to having separate articles.--Mauvila 00:03, 12 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just a "layman" here with a question and no one to take it to: can a fatty growth deposit at the elbow (inside) somehow pinch the radial nerve--causing tingling, numbness on the entire arm down to the fingers? Been researching the cervical area info, but since my neck doesn't hurt and the arm just aches from time to time at the outside of the elbow, the only other symtoms are the constant tingling and frequent numbness. One last thing--have had major itching episodes around the thumb/pointer finger and top outside of the upper part of the arm. Can anyone provide any links/places where I can learn more? Greatly appreciate the help.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.207.246.4 (talk) 15:42, 31 July 2006

Error?

edit

Some sources say intially branches to innervate long and medial heads of triceps and then gives off branch to lateral head of triceps.

I'm pretty sure the medial head is innervated further down than the other two heads. I may be wrong...what sources say otherwise?Mauvila 01:23, 12 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Gray's diagrams

edit

It always has bothered me that the diagrams were not done by Gray, and that the doctor that did them still gets no credit anywhere in Gray's book, as per Gray's instructions. Can anything be done?Longinus876 (talk) 22:38, 11 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
