Radu nicknamed Prasnaglava doesn't means Radu the Bald - Radu Chelul in Romanian. Prasnaglava means Simple Mind(ed). In Romanian "sarac la minte". Please note there are also other "simple mind" translation of the rulers' names or nicknames.
