The wording seems a bit awkward under "'Major' and 'Minor' Disputes." Could someone please clarify what it means? ArphaxadHunter (talk) 00:22, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Ah, never mind. I just misread it. Sorry about that. Please forgive me and disregard my earlier statements. I really wasn't thinking. ArphaxadHunter (talk) 00:26, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Without inline citations -- or any citations at all! -- this article can't be a B-class anything. C-class at most, and only the length prevents it from dropping to Start-class. - Tim1965 (talk) 01:56, 27 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

This article should do more to discuss the processes that the Act created, particularly as an early example of a Cooling-off Period (the 30-day hold), from sources such as

  • The Air Line Pilot's Association page
  • The Pennsylvania Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (Union) page
  • Association of Flight Attendant's page
