Not a review, just some comments
editJust a (some possible in the future) comment here, not a formal review.
- You aren't using singular consistently. For example, you start off a sentence saying "Rainbow pittas..." Stuff like "the chicks" is fine, though, just as long as you don't refer to the species as a whole using the plural. RileyBugz会話投稿記録 19:51, 20 July 2017 (UTC)

edit- You may want to wikilink words like "passerine" User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- "bird in the pitta family Pittidae," should "piyta" be wikilinked to Pitta? User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- Make sure to follow "International Union for Conservation of Nature" with "(IUCN)" User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- "that arrangement wasn't universally accepted" does that mean it's universally accepted now? User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- It wasn't, and the next sentence shows a different relationship. Sabine's Sunbird talk 05:56, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- I fixed the grammar (also, before submitting for GA, you may want to read it aloud or simply articulate the words to better catch grammatical errors), but remember to be a little more lenient in wikilinking. If fifth grade you didn't know it, link it (unless you were a genius in fifth grade, then second grade you) User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- I took a long break and when I came back wikilinking was done a lot les than it used to be, still working out where it should be. Sabine's Sunbird talk 05:56, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- Remember to place a comma to separate the subject and the predicate of a sentence User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- File:Pitta iris distribution.png doesn't have a source line (as in it may be WP:OR). You can either find a source (like at the Redlist) or place a {{source needed}} tag User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- the source for File:Pitta iris.jpg is a deadlink User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 04:26, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- Ugh. I think we need a bot to verify images so that this doesn't happen when they go offline. Sabine's Sunbird talk 05:56, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- Use this converter to convert ISBN-10 to ISBN-13 as per WP:ISBN
- last thing, you keep switching from singular to plural (like you say "The rainbow pitta..." and then you say "They..."), be consistent User:Dunkleosteus77 |push to talk 16:48, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- Should be fixed - I left plurals when referring to pairs, eggs and chicks and nests in some contexts. Sabine's Sunbird talk 18:51, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
