Since the MC 161 document was leaked to the KGB and as such is no longer effectively a NATO secret, is it available to read anywhere? I can't find any online sources showing that he said this. All "hits" I got from Google were little more than copies of this article and so aren't exactly sources. Knowing what I do about Rupp I'm sure he believed it was his moral duty but again, no sources. I suggest it be removed.Coinmanj (talk) 00:34, 27 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
