Murder trial context
editWhen reading the wiki article, the trial references and context appear to make the murder out to be a robbery and there is only one line referencing a confession from one of the antagonist brother about the murder. I then came across this article online (Ramon Novarro Brutal Death Pt.2: Convicted Killer Blamed Catholicism https://www.altfg.com/film/ramon-novarro-killer-paul-ferguson-ben-hur/) which gives a much different account, i.e. not a robbery but a reaction to a staunch and perhaps not uncommon (even today) catholic anti-gay upbringing. I think this discussion should be included to provide an alternative perspective on possible motivations of the killers. Blackrock36 (talk) 09:01, 22 February 2021 (UTC)
Name
editHi, I'm reading a book by Dave Navarro at the moment and he claims that his grandfather gave Ramon his last name. Could this be right? Thanks INXS-Girl 13:12, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
Was he gay?
editHello, I was reading this article. I did not know how he died, and just learned that he was murdered by two male prostitutes that he hired. So my question is if he was openly gay? or openly bisexual? or was he in the closet? I just read how he died, but didn't read anything about his sexuality. It would be interesting to read more. I don't know if there is enough evidence to make statements about his sexual orientation, but I would love additional information. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.10.79.18 (talk) 09:31, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
- I always thought he was killed by someone ramming a sex toy given to him by Rudolph Valentino down his throat. Am I wrong? Thanks. 82.11.105.73 (talk) 20:31, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
- According to Rudolph Valentino#Personal life, that story is 100% fictional. Robofish (talk) 00:01, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
- I think that since it's not sourced, it's probably fringe. There obviously no base. OccultZone (talk) 10:14, 8 October 2013 (UTC)

Aztec blood? I don't think there were many Aztecs in Durango. For some people, any indigenous ethnic group in Mexico has to be "Aztec" and sometimes "Maya". I am surprised that no one wrote that he has Jewish blood according to some DNA test that they practiced on his bones, because some people in Wikipedia always find Jewish blood in everybody. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2603:7000:9E40:EE:C942:ED21:4C8C:877E (talk) 18:44, 19 February 2022 (UTC)
