14th Amendment
edit@Masem: Should we list the 14th Amendment in the infobox's "Laws applied" section, in addition to the 6th, since this deals with incorporation, or only the 6th as it already does? --1990'sguy (talk) 22:26, 20 April 2020 (UTC)

retroactivity still at issue
editthe ramos decision did not resolve whether it is retroactive.
scotus has granted cert to answer that question, but not yet heard argument or issued a decision. article should be updated with more info, by someone who knows more than i do.
