I've just been watching the Region 0 (yes, I mean 0, not 4) DVDs released in Australia and noticed some things that are inconsistent with the episode list:
Series 1 - All episodes are revisit episodes and the DVD is labelled "Series 1 Revisit"
Series 2 - Because episodes 5-8 duplicate series 1, the second DVD in series 2 contains the series 3 episodes.
Series 3 is actually episodes 1-4 from series 4.
Series 4 - DVD 1 contains episodes 1, 2 & 5 from series 5. DVD 2 contains episodes 6, 7 & 8 from series 5.
That is odd. We had a similar issue arise a while back, when some episodes were broadcast in a different order in the UK than in the US. --Drmargi (talk) 19:50, 20 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
