editNot 100% sure of the correct procedure so I addressed the issues and recreated the article in my sandbox and submitted the article for review... article was subsequently moved to draft namespace.
Assistance and guidance appreciated.

- Your draft has a lot of references, but they're all to passing mentions, promotional sources and multiple copies of press releases. In the previous AFD, the article was redirected because it failed to show in-depth coverage in multiple Reliable Sources - you'll absolutely need these, and not a fog of low-quality sources, for a WP:BLP to stay - David Gerard (talk) 19:39, 19 January 2021 (UTC)
- @David Gerard:Thanks User:David Gerard - I purposely left lots of references in the new article in its draft stage as I saw that previously notability was not established (?). Intention is to thin out the references.
- I wholeheartedly disagree with the comment 'all passing mentions'.
- Individual has significant accomplishments detailed in depth in multiple different credible sources.
- Do pls delete references you feel are passing mentions, promotional sources or multiple copies of press releases - lets see whats left and go form there.
