Still not sure what it is other than a cute name? The lead is supposed to give context and say why the subject is notable. Not who sponsors it or some vague "mission". It sounds to me like a social party for kids who write mobile phone Apps? W Nowicki (talk) 20:53, 11 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
