Hi.. Please don't delete this article as she is a renown artist worldwide. If you have some doubt I can try to clear it. Thanks --ساجد امجد ساجد (talk) 07:37, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
- I am improving this article and including new references. So, it is requested to please not to delete this article and I shall try to include more authentic details. Thanks --ساجد امجد ساجد (talk) 05:49, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
- It's self promotion; you're not supposed to write articles about yourself (i.e. user: Dholqueen) on WP. It compromises neutral POV and notability aspects. The first line of the article said she was "probably the most famous female dhol player" -- which is already too POV and sourceless, but then you change it to "THE most famous dhol player in the world"! Seems you don't have the neutrality either. Most of the sources are youtube videos, which are not considered reliable. It screams of promotion. DrBaldhead (talk) 21:17, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
- Dear DrBaldhead, I am the man who started this article not Dholqueen. I started this article because I thought that she is a recognized artist/dhol player in the world. She has performed in various countries even for BBC Rado and BTR as well. I don't have any personal acquaintance with her. Maybe she found her article on Wiki and she thought to amend this. I do agree with you that self promotion is not allowed on Wiki. I am sure that I shall update this article according to the policies of Wikipedia and find more references and links. Thanks for the points. --ساجد امجد ساجد (talk) 16:33, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
- Sajad, this article is very similar to User:Dholqueen/Rani_Taj, the individual's personal page, which predates it. "Maybe she found her article..."? Either you found her article, or copying has been done from elsewhere. Is it not enough for her to have her user space where she can say what she wants about herself? You seem to be trying to 'manufacture' notability. I am not saying the person does not deserve to have her information on the Internet, if people want to know something. But it does not merit inclusion in an encyclopedia. It's all info that can be obtained on the person's own website.DrBaldhead (talk) 19:24, 28 January 2012 (UTC)

- Yes you are right, anyway, I found her videos in a mobile phone of my friend. So, after that I searched the news about her and thought to write about her. If this article has lack of anything including references or links, I can try to find the relevant info and can update that. I need your assistance in this regards. --ساجد امجد ساجد (talk) 10:01, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
