"Primary Topic" template
editI think the primary topic of "Rank" would be the article Ranking and the pages current title, Rank, should be redirected to that page and that this page should be re-named "Rank (disambiguation)". Is there a meaningful enough distinction between "rank" and "ranking" for this not to be the case? Bernardgeorgeh (talk) 12:54, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Bernardgeorgeh: IMO yes. Ranking is a relative comparison, whereas ranks are, in many cases, specific and often official levels. For example, military ranks are related to, but distinct from ranking. I'm going to take a crack at making this less of a mess. Clarityfiend (talk) 11:21, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
