Mandatory Sentencing for Federal Cases

edit

The column for mandatory sentencing for Federal cases all say "life" which is wrong. It may be what some people think the law should be, but it's not the actual law. 71.191.189.133 (talk) 23:49, 31 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Too much reliance on one subjective source - RAINN

edit

A review of this article's references shows that it is far too reliant on one very subjective source - RAINN, a victim-advocacy and support organization. This is a violation of WP:NPOV, and WP:RS (RAINN data frequently clashes with -- or misrepresents -- more neutral academic and government research); and is also an inappropriately narrow sourcing for such an important and controversial article subject.
