Primary direct should be to Rare species

"Rare" should direct to rare species since that is the dominant use and other articles are well disambiguated in their linkages. the Rare species page should have a note at the top directing those interested in other uses to the disambig page, which of course should be left in tact, but labelled as a disambig page.
