This section is quite biased and doesn't cite sources for the complaints. Rather than remove these complaints completely perhaps this section can be rewritten in a more neutral manner?

I got a little way into editing this article for tone / NPOV, but seems to me like there may be a COI issue? There's a lot of stuff here that reads like a promo brochure.
