@Jkaharper: Per the changes to WP:NOLYMPICS, that is no longer the case; Olympians who don't medal are no longer presumed notable, and instead significant coverage is required. I was unable to find any; were you?

I won’t be restoring the PROD. Full bio of him here, from which you can extend the article. The individual also appears on the oldest living Olympians list so will receive coverage upon death.
