What category does he belong in?

I put him in Category:Emigrants from the Colony of Natal to the United States or the not yet existing Category:American expatriates in the Colony of Natal. The article uses emigration, so I chose that one for now. However since his parents were Americans in the Colony of Natal, I could see an argument for the latter category.John Pack Lambert (talk) 20:02, 30 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
