"However, the internet brought the band to the attention of the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma who threatened to sue for copyright infringement as they published a medical periodical of the same name." doesn't make sense. Perhaps the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma could have attempted a lawsuit for trademark violation, but since they are not a well-known brand that could reasonably argue a case of trademark dilution, and they very likely do not have a band, that wouldn't work either.2601:1C2:5000:1472:E1FE:7C76:CCC6:E82C (talk) 23:43, 21 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
