It was contested by Djm-leighpark (talk · contribs) on 2018-10-25 with the comment: Seeing quite a number of hits so good probability of passing WP:GNG. Appreciate many will be non-independent but those giving mocking criticism will almost certainly swing it. This may be sense of how to get better by not getting things right |

editI saw demos & discussions of such things at IBM in the early 1990's when one IBM R&D group wanted to build a 3D interface for OS/2. I've got to believe that RealThings were the remnants of that project ... linas (talk) 02:47, 30 August 2012 (UTC)

editThe RealThings were also soundly mocked at the time. This article is incomplete without a note on how awful the slavishly skeuomorphic interface design actually turned out to be.
