??????
editWhat happened to this article? It has gone from a reasonably comprehensive introduction to an important real estate topic (i.e. what is real estate development and how is it done) but now looks like it's been hijacked by a WikiLaw project of some sort and re-written as a stub. Many of the earlier informational sections have been cut entirely. I admit that I haven't been that diligent about keeping up with it since I originally created it, but apparently I need to take a more active role in looking after it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ertyqway (talk • contribs) 21:31, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
Well, the word 'development' has an important legal definition in the UK in the context of real estate, which is why I added it. I don't think that should be the main thrust of the article, obviously, but I do think that 'real estate development' should be defined as itself, not by a description of who developers are and what they do. The TCPA definition is a useful starting point. 82.108.156.45 (talk) 08:39, 2 October 2009 (UTC)
