editThis article appears to contain a significant conflict of interest. Portions of this article seem more like marketing material for a specific biotechnology company than verifiable content with a neutral point of view as required by the fundamental principles of wikipedia. For example, qualitative "+++", "++", "-" notation is generally not verifiable unless it is taken directly from a reliable third-party source. The article is also extremely poorly referenced. And of the three references, reference #2 deals with the homing endonuclease I-SceI which is not a zinc finger nuclease as implied by the citation. Reference #3 does not contain a direct comparison of ZFNs and rAAVs as implied by the citation. This has the potential to be a very useful article. But it needs correct citations and a neutral tone in order to achieve this. ScienceGeekling (talk) 05:24, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
