This article just looks wrong. "Reconvergent fanout" is a topological condition of logic networks. The article seems to be describing Clock Reconvergence Pessimism Removal (CRPR), q.v. http://www.vlsi-expert.com/2011/02/clock-reconvergence-pessimism-crp-basic.html

I'd suggest using this description for a Clock Reconvergence Pessimism Removal article, and creating new content for this article that describes the reconvergen fanout topology. Winston Grep (talk) 20:46, 27 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
