Discussion
edit- Any additional comments:
- http://www.ifrc.org/where/country/cn6.asp?countryid=209 says "Red Crescent Society of Benin", but everything else seems to say "Red Cross of Benin". Powers T 12:22, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
- [7] says "Kazakh Red Crescent and Red Cross Society" (if I remember correctly it was listed under this dual-name here, but the current list has it as "National Red Crescent Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan"). Maybe these two societies (Kazakhstan and Benin) have changed their names recently? Alinor (talk) 08:56, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
- I found this showing that initially Kazakhstan wanted to use "double emblem" and name, but this was a violation of the rules and finally it settled on Red Crescent. Alinor (talk) 09:08, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
