Incorrect Name
editIt's not called "Red Light Evasion" the "Maneuver" is known as Evading a Traffic Control Device, by law a ticketable offence. There should be an article with that name, if this is to be discussed, because it would include moving around to avoid waiting at a light, a stop sign, or other similar apparatus.
