"Agreement on the price reduction of the roaming services in public mobile communications networks in the Western Balkans region " Was this English form established by the agreement or is it an attempt by users here to translate a foreign language original? The reason I ask is that neither "price reduction" nor "roaming services" requires the use of the definite article in this construction. --Khajidha (talk) 15:40, 6 November 2019 (UTC)
