Problem with the 5th footnote
editI would make this change but it's not obvious to me how to do it. The 5th footnote cites pages 82 and 83 of Canadian Churches and the First World War. I found the book and looked this up. The footnote should be corrected to pages 89 and 90. It's possible that the book I have is from a different publisher, but reading the publisher info on the first page of a book is always so confusing.
