After having read the entire page, I have declined to elevate it to good article status. It is not too far off, but there are still significant defects that ought to be discussed.
The article is fairly well sourced. The introduction to the article ought to be expanded to include the things that he was done as party chairman beyond helping Paul Ryan and Scott Walker gain notability. I am also somewhat concerned about the disproportionate amount of praise towards Priebus that had been included in the article, as opposed to criticism. This article mentions numerous instances in which Priebus was commended for supposedly performing his duties well, but tends to minimize things for which he was criticized. The section for the 2016 Presidential Election also needs expansion. I would suggest mentioning the controversy surrounding the Republican opposition to the rise of anti-establishment candidates, specifically how Priebus reacted to rumors that Donald Trump or Ben Carson may run as third-party or independent candidates, or that the convention might be blocked should one of them win the nomination. In short, what is article requires is expansion and a more balanced coverage. Display name 99 (talk) 14:43, 9 January 2016 (UTC)
