Renee SchuurmanRenée Schuurman – per Nauright Sports Around the World: History, Culture, and Practice 2012 p164 ".. Wimbledon in 1960, competing in the doubles with fellow country member Renée Schuurman." and obituary in The Witness (South African newspaper). In ictu oculi (talk) 03:40, 4 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Comment - Not sure about this one. We also have Encyclopedia Britannica spelling it Renee as does the South African Natal Tennis Association. Not to mention her Fed Cup profile and Getty Images and USTA Yearbook. But as you said there are also some English sources that have it spelled as Renée so there is direct evidence that both spelling versions are correct. I might tend to go by the majority of English sources plus the tennis establishment but I didn't check on how much of a majority it leans either way. Fyunck(click) (talk) 08:05, 7 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
With the exception of Britannica those appear to be non-accent-enabled sources. In ictu oculi (talk) 23:27, 7 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
