The third paragraph says: "It is classified among "R1: Doctoral Universities: Very High Research Activity" and recognized for its degree programs in engineering, computing, business and management, information technology, the sciences, design, and liberal arts." As a current student here, this is mostly true but the last one, since the liberal arts section of the university are basically a joke, but the other programs are absolutely super strong and well recognized. The "Rankings" section of this article only discusses the engineering programs so I've trimmed the sentence in question accordingly. If someone disagrees, please first add evidence and supporting sources to the body of the article. ElKevbo (talk) 21:47, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I don’t think it needs to be mentioned in the first sentence, nor does the long-closed Groton building belong in the second sentence. These are not currently noteworthy and if anything they belong as passing comments in the campus section. 98.179.178.92 (talk) 02:13, 6 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
