editThis is a great example of why people in other countries regard Americans as having no culture. This historic house - perhaps the oldest house in Maryland and one of the oldest brick houses in the USA - was left to fall apart and then demolished to make way for a McMansion. Whoever owned and neglected this building ought to be put in prison, as should whoever had it demolished. The government bears much of the blame too, for not stepping in when historically significant buildings are threatened. Ianbrettcooper (talk) 13:49, 11 January 2014 (UTC)
