This is a very well written article and easy to understand, even for non-HR-specialists. You found a nice quotation placed within your introduction to catch the attention of the reader. The structure of the article was chosen in a logical manner: Defining the concepts at the beginning by going on with objectives and principles of retention management, followed by procedure and ending up by giving an example makes sense.
In addition some suggestions for improvement:
- You show the procedure of retention management by only referring to one source. Are there any other possible procedures? If not, a short hint in the text that the presented procedure is the best-practiced-one might be useful. If there are additional theories it could be useful to mention the pros and cons for each.
- Maybe you could also add some “further-readings” in English language, because most of the readership is probably not able to understand German. I think the topic is not so special that there aren’t as good books in English.

I've deleted quite a lot of this article, because I didn't think those parts were really suitable for wikipedia - including the introduction with the quote. That quote is used to tell a 'good manager' what to keep in mind, but it's not the job of wikipedia to do that.
