Updated PAGE

edit

Major editing has been done to this page as well as adding additional material and information (including Feuerstein Bibliography)and referencing the studies. Other bibliographies cannot be added as the page would make the page to long. That massive block of quote, besides being only marginally relevant and entirely too boosterish, is a copyright issue. It's as big as the rest of the actual article text! It needs to be either trimmed down or removed. --129.49.7.125 (talk) 15:54, 12 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

NPOV

edit

I've added an NPOV tag. This article is rife with issues. It is jargony, it seems to be promoting his methods, it adopts uncritically assertions which are not at all widely accepted (like intelligence being teachable), the claims it makes are unreferenced (1500 scientific studies? I'm not sure there have been 1500 studies of basic things like anti-cholesterol medicine!). And of course, that massive possibly-copyvio quote doesn't help. --129.49.7.125 (talk) 16:01, 12 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Bibliography

edit

The massive bibliography is rather annoying, particularly when editing the article; would it be possible for someone more experienced than I to turn it into a collapsible list? I am familiar with how to do it, but I do not know if the formatting can be preserved, as far as my experience goes I can only achieve a collapsed list in plain text. If it is possible to retain the formatting, please tell me how; if I do not get any reply or get a negative answer, then I will go ahead and turn it into a plain text collapsible list if there are no objections. NPOV

edit

I am concerned about this article's tone and content and have raised the issue at WP:NPOVN.

You may find it helpful while reading or editing articles to look at a bibliography of Intelligence Citations, posted for the use of all Wikipedians who have occasion to edit articles on human intelligence or psychology and related issues. I happen to have circulating access to a huge academic research library at a university with an active research program in these issues (and to another library that is one of the ten largest public library systems in the United States) and have been researching these issues since 1989. You are welcome to use these citations for your own research. You can help other Wikipedians by suggesting new sources through comments on that page. It will be extremely helpful for articles on psychology to edit them according to the Wikipedia standards for reliable sources for medicine-related articles, as it is important to verify articles on these issues as well as possible. -- WeijiBaikeBianji (talk, how I edit) 02:59, 20 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
