the term revelator is used in the book of mormon. These were humans that specifically were given the gift of revelation reception from God. The term is often joined with the terms seer, and prophet, as in Prophet, Seer, and Revelators. The twelve apostles are called prophets, seers, and revelators, as they have the ability to 1)prophets reveal god's will, 2)revelators have the ability to receive information from God, 3) Seers have all of the same abilities as prophets and revelators, with the distinct ability to see things that others cannot ie, future, past, other happenings. This is an extremely vaild term mentioned several times in conjucntion with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint Doctrine. I am confident someone will update it, whether they are of this church or not. jVirusFile:Confederate Battle Flag.svg 08:03, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
