Revolver Ocelot → Ocelot (Metal Gear) – Opening move discussion on behalf of 69.123.55.110 (talk · contribs). The1337gamer (talk) 07:55, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose. First, changing it to "Ocelot (Metal Gear)" is unnecessarily making it into a disambiguated title. Second, I don't see any evidence that the character is more commonly called "Ocelot" than "Revolver Ocelot" (see the custom WP:VG/RS search engine). Third, the character has been called several names throughout the series, why pick "Ocelot" to begin with? soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 12:09, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
- Revolver Ocelot (Revolver Ocelot). Revolver Ocelot (Revolver Ocelot) 06:53, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
- @Old Naval Rooftops, could you explain what you think? Because I don't think you mean to change the title to "Revolver Ocelot (Revolver Ocelot)", right? soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 09:01, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
- I prefer keeping it at Revolver Ocelot. ONR (talk) 09:15, 13 January 2017 (UTC) (Revolver Ocelot)

- @Old Naval Rooftops: While I agree with you, in a discussion you have to explain the reason of your proposal. For example, I want it as Revolver Ocelot since it's the easiest one to remember (remember Shalahas--- can't remember).Tintor2 (talk) 13:34, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
- Right, I actually have to mention my reasoning. It's simple enough - the character is commonly known as Revolver Ocelot, not Shalawhatevershka. ONR (talk) 20:24, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
- 69.123.55.110 (talk · contribs) The character is "Revolver Ocelot" in the original Metal Gear Solid games (Metal Gear Solid (The Twin Snakes) and Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty) along with "Shalashaska". He's commonly referred to as "Ocelot" in the Metal Gear Solid prequels and Metal Gear Solid V; he's occasionally known as "Major Ocelot" in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and commonly identified as "Liquid Ocelot" in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. In the end, "Ocelot (Metal Gear)" is the simplest. 13:00 21 January 2017

Does Shalashaska is gay?
editLike, it very much is made clear that he *loves* Big Boss, not just as a friend but more than that. He goes out of his way to do *anything* for him, being a backstabbing double crosser but having that one man he will not betray. Alena 33 (talk) 04:40, 4 July 2024 (UTC)
