Apparent copyright violations and other major problems
editAlmost the entire body of this article is a pretty obvious cut/paste from a newspaper article. Its structure and phrasing is exactly that of a newspaper. The relevant article was cited in the section but unfortunately it appears to not be accessible on the newspaper's website so its impossibly for me to verify absolutely. If anyone else has access they could verify this to be sure. I have deleted the relevant sections as they appear to constitute a potential serious copyright violation along with having many other problems, including POV and OR, for inclusion in Wikipedia.
Also, based on the editor history of this page and the page Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis it seems likely that one of the editors of this page may in fact be Rex Sinquefield or be otherwise closely associated with him, presenting and editorial bias. Presently, even the remaining part of this article reads like self promotion. It will need clear evidence of notability and better balance and third party referencing in order to save it from deletion. Locke9k (talk) 20:08, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

POV Tag Removal
editThe POV Tag in the Tax Policy section is several years old. Since there's no discussion about neutrality in this talk page, I'm removing it per the guidelines, quoted below:
7. If the maintenance template is of a type that requires support but is not fully supported. For example, neutrality-related templates such as
A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject. |
(associated with the conflict of interest guideline) or
The neutrality of this article is disputed. |
(associated with the neutral point of view policy) strongly recommend that the tagging editor initiate a discussion (generally on the article's talk page) to support the placement of the tag. If the tagging editor failed to do so, or the discussion is dormant, and there is no other support for the template, it can be removed;
8. You may remove a template when according to your best judgment the lack of edits and/or talk page discussion should be interpreted as the issue not worth fixing (as a form of "silent consensus"). Please note there is currently no consensus for general age-related removal of maintenance templates – that is, removing a template purely or chiefly because it is old is not considered a sufficient argument. Exception: removing POV-related templates whose discussions have gone dormant is encouraged, as addressed in the bullet point immediately above;HughieGRex (talk) 19:28, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
