Case
editHello! The reporting code seems to be void. I checked the case in my archive and A&E does not contain it at page 773. I found this case in an another reporter, namely Per & D (Perry and Davidson), at page 349. The year is 1840. And the original report refers to the case as "The Queen v. Stewart". Any maybe we should write more on this case though it's a rare bird, but still it has been repeatedly referred in US common law in regards with burial privacy, action for trespass, the duty to bury etc.
