The article is a summary of the relevant parts of the Mabinogi, should it not reference them? A source for the etymology of the name would also be better.

I can't see anything obviously wrong with the article either, I just finished reading a book about Arthur, and they told these stories in the book, it seems fine to me. Oh, and my sister's name is Rhiannon...

"Welsh Deities??"

It could be said that the only well-attested to instances of ANY known non-christian deities worshipped by the Welsh are those named in inscriptions on Romano-Celtic altars.

I would like to see some serious discussion on the merit of near universal custom of elevating to god/goddesshood virtually any of the primary characters in the stories of the Welsh corpus. Earrach 3/26/07

I know I'm a little late to the game but I don't think it's appropriate. The merits of the picture itself aside, the song is not at all about the goddess. It would be more appropriate to include an ancient image of that goddess if they exist or a more contemporary image even, but one based on some kind of research, rather than Ms. Nicks impression of what she may have looked like. Ancient Greek

Why is there an Ancient Greek transliteration of the name in this article? What has it got to do with Welsh?Psammead (talk) 19:08, 22 July 2011 (UTC)

Source?

Modern Interpretations

Does this seem a bit POV to anyone else? It doesn't fit with the tone of a Wikipedia article at all, and I'm not sure it's even accurate to traditional depictions of Rhiannon having read some of the Mabinogion.
