I PRD'ded this article yesterday because most sources came from the organization itself and because the second half of the article had little relation to the article subject, being simply a general discussion of Rhone varietals. With the PRD declined, I have removed these sections, leaving us w/ a properly sourced article. Since the article is now quite short, I may condense the Intro and History sections also.
