editHi, I have noticed that AEA have been purchased by Ricardo and are now known as Ricardo-AEA. Does anyone know if we should best change the name of this article or create a new entry? Also it would be useful to have some information on the firms connection with the UK greenhouse gas inventory. Be nice to hear from someone who edits Wiki alot, if not I will try and find the answers to my queries out soon and make the amendments myself.

AEA Technology → Ricardo-AEA – AEA Technology was acquired by Ricardo in 2012. The business, including an operational staff of approximately 400 located at five UK sites, transfered to Ricardo where it now operates as Ricardo-AEA Relisted. - Oppose You might want to revisit in the future, but for now, searches show far more usage of AEA sans Ricardo. Feel free to create a redirect at that name. Dovid (talk) 14:05, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose I agree that it's too early to consider a rename. The company has its history in United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and was AEA Technology from 1996. That's a great deal of (documented and eligible for inclusion) history to subsume into a renamed article, which may then become a focus for recent (undue) developments. -- Trevj (talk) 10:30, 4 September 2013 (UTC)
