Agree that he's probably not notable, esp. insofar as he has no Spanish Wikipedia entry. Now, I do not appreciate the Twitter comment, as that is no basis for determining anything at all, and besides, it is OR. I recommend taking to AfD. XavierItzm (talk) 22:02, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
