"New" article review and OR tag
editI was able to find some coverage on newspapers.com from the Philadelphia Inquirer that, combined with the high profile of Morgan Stanley, makes me think that the subject is likely notable. I don't think it establishes GNG on its own, but I think it's likely that additional newspaper coverage exists. That having been said, a good amount of the text currently in the article is not supported by its sole citation, hence the OR tag.
