Holy Vandalism!!
editSomeone at 65.95.114.199 decided to eliminate anything and everything Power Rangers-related from Epcar's Wikipedia page. This is vandalism if I ever saw it! And this guy also struck Bob Papenbrook's page too. I think a blocking is in order for this guy. - User at 71.249.255.91
Birthdate?
editIMDb indicates that he was born in 1955. The Japanese Wikipedia article also states 1955. Is there any source to support the 1951 birthdate? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.151.222.194 (talk) 05:32, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
His MySpace also page indicates that he is 53 years old:

Dark Warrior
editDidn't Tom Wyner voice Dark Warrior, not Epcar. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.243.166.137 (talk) 21:21, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
Non-Anime
editI looked up much of the non-anime cartoons he was in... and I did not find a single one! Where did you people get the source? Aslan10000 (talk) 01:11, 30 September 2013 (UTC)Aslan10000

Needs more work!!!!
editThe article is unfinished. There's roles that he did that are missing in this article such as Zangetsu from Bleach, the narrator from Bayonetta Bloody Fate, E. Honda from Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, and even more Power Rangers roles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 100.36.37.200 (talk) 23:58, 25 March 2017 (UTC)
Kingdom Hearts 3
editPlease do not add Kingdom Hearts 3 with BTVA reference until it is credited by a screenshot. As you can see from THIS PAGE as of this date, there is no checkmark for Richard Epcar's involvement in the video game. You need to find a tweet by Epcar or someone on the directing staff to confirm. epcar played many other voices in jojo
editepcar is commonly associated with playing joseph joestar in english dubbed jojo part 3
however, he plays several minor characters aswell, in dubbed part 1 and 2 if you pay close attention. someone (maybe me?) should watch it again to find out which characters.
in part 2 when smoky and joseph joestar(in part 2 english dub it's a different voice actor), in the scene where joseph kicks the living sh*t out of that racist person in the restaurant scene after they first meet: the big guy that joseph fights is voiced by epcar in that scene
epcar also voices virtually every monster in one punch man season 2 dub
can probably find a source Libreleah (talk) 05:12, 23 June 2023 (UTC)
- i could swear i recognise epcar's voice in several of the nazi characters in part 2 jojo aswell - also, in the scene where the speedwagon foundation gets gobbled up by the pillar men, i'm pretty sure one of the characters there is voiced by epcar
- epcars voice gets re-used a lot, even within the same shows
- unrelated to epcar, the english dub of jojo part 3 has a scene where iggy steals a sandwich from a pedestrian in egypt, and that pedestrian is voiced by the same voice actor who later voices yoshikage kira in part 4 jojo dub, where there's a scene where a dog also tries to steal his sandwich. it's an easter egg so i'm not mentioning this in the article about that voice actor, i'm mentioning it here instead Libreleah (talk) 05:17, 23 June 2023 (UTC)
