The first sentence of the lede had read "Richard Stanley (birth year) is Norman Levinson Professor of Applied Mathematics...". I added the definite article, changing it to "Richard Stanley (birth year) is the Norman Levinson Professor of Applied Mathematics..." because an editor interpreted the first version as asserting that Richard Stanley is Norman Levinson, which is certainly false.
