I changed this section to make the presentation more balanced. The previous version omitted significant information and thus was not neutral. I also shortened the section a bit, because a longer treatment of this issue (a) gives it disproportionate attention in the context of Revesz' biographical entry overall; and (b) because it is dealt with at length in Thio Li-ann's biographical entry.

I added a very significant new position, Director of the American Law Institute, to the first paragraph. I did not add more because it will not officially begin until mid-May 2014.
