Richard Rubin (actor) → Richard Rubin — More people would look for the actor Richard Rubin than the writer Richard Rubin. Goldfish04 (talk) 20:33, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
- Comment I have created a disambiguation page for Richard Rubin, which previously redirected towards Richard Rubin (writer) after that page was moved by Goldfish04 from its original location, Richard Rubin. This way it is easy to find information about both individuals. I do not think either actor or writer qualifies to be the primary topic, so as such I do not support the suggested move. - Oppose. Neither is an international household name, nor can claim to be the primary topic, so the DAB should stay at the undisambiguated name. Andrewa (talk) 01:37, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- Comment this is a new unreviewed article. It shouldn't be moved until it's been reviewed, at least. 76.66.193.119 (talk) 05:20, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- Comment: Wikipedia has many levels of review, but none of them are prerequisites for a RM. Andrewa (talk) 07:41, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- Oppose move and support move of Richard Rubin (writer) back to Richard Rubin. I'm not even sure the actor is notable enough for an article, and I'm really not sure that he's an actor, given that the article doesn't indicate any actual acting work. He appears to be a reality TV personality who has appeared as himself on other reality shows and cheap award shows and the like. (If there were evidence that more people were looking up the "actor" than the writer, that would be different, but none such evidence has been presented.) Propaniac (talk) 17:21, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
