Seems an extremely poor article, almost entirely unsourced and making no particular claim of notability. I've removed the ful DOB and info about Turner's current whereabouts. His official website has hardly any biographical information, which makes you wonder who the author of this article is. Citations refer to Turner's exhibitions and it is unclear what they contain.
