I assume that it lacks notbility and will not establish a separate article on Richard Rowland.
deleting flattering remark
editWhile it's very gratifying to see that somebody had added the phrase "This is the best modern biography and analysis of Verstegan's life and works - an impressive study." after the reference to my study of Verstegan, I don't think it's appropriate to the article.
