Request to move this page to Riga District, which is the proper English name for this article. Philaweb T 21:41, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- support. "Riga" seems very common in English references, so WP:UE should be followed. Mcmullen writes (talk) 22:55, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- support. The name "Riga" without the diacritic is the long established and overwhelmingly predominant form in English usage. To the best of my knowledge, parallel forms and alternative spellings have never been widespread in English. (This is not the case, however, for other Latvian cities and towns, e.g. Libau/Liepāja, Walk/Valka, Mitau/Jelgava, etc., where German versions of place names were often used in English prior to the 1920s). — Zalktis (talk) 09:41, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

Animals
editUnreferenced data of animals species number are less then birds and fishes species number. Without references it is impossible to correct animal (possible - mammal) species number. Bogomolov.PL (talk) 09:10, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
