Sources
editOther than the Hogan stuff below I don't see why sources are needed, it's all common knowledge among wrestling fans. --TheTruthiness 03:30, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Hogan
editI only remember him being mentioned as "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan, and the legal thing being soley over the "Hulk", much like Big Van Vader and Star Wars. --TheTruthiness 03:30, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
- The WWF promoted Terry Bollea as "The Incredible" Hulk Hogan very early in his second run (when he was brought in to take the WWF title from the Iron Sheik). Marvel Comics made legal threats, and the WWF was forced to sign over rights to the "Hulk Hogan" name, and subsequent uses of the trademark were negotiated with and named Marvel Comics as the owner. Hence, you had a period of time in WCW just after Hogan's heel turn where he avoided using "Hulk" (choosing to be referenced on TV as Hollywood Hogan) to try and opt out of the licensing agreement, and in many of his non-wrestling endeavours, he has been credited as Terry "Hulk" Hogan. - Chadbryant 05:32, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
